On September 27, the last Sunday of September, a mikoshi procession took place in Jingumae as part of the Aoyama Kumano Shrine Annual Festival.

Throughout September, annual shrine festivals and mikoshi processions have taken place across the Shibuya and Harajuku area.

And even on the last Sunday of the month, mikoshi made their way through the streets of Jingumae, bringing the atmosphere of a local Japanese festival to the neighborhood.
